The Course addresses Capabilities as well as Skills. Coaching (one on one) as well as Intervision and Supervision is part of the Course. LinkedIn will be used to communicate with each other, group level as well as sub group level.
Graduation (a certificate of participation) is based on the completion of your Personal Network Plan, personal performance and a sufficient evaluation of participation in the Course and the NetworKing Events.

Part of the Course is participation in two (2) NetworKing Events, where participants will be evaluated.
The Course consists of:
Intake, where the personal skills of a (potential) candidate are tested and a personal development plan for those skills is being discussed
NetworKing Weekend, during which participants get to know each other. Don’t forget that the 20 participants will add a strong network of 19 other participants as a major value of the Course. From Friday (from 09:00 till 22:00 including diner together) and Saturday (from 09:00 till 17:00) the following topics will be addressed:

Fourth step: Via which Channels are your (potential) Contacts to be reached? Skills: Influence. Capabilities: Social Media use
Fifth step: Your Concept and the Creativity to get added value that really matters. Skills: Creativity
Intermezzo: the importance of Social Intelligence and how to develop more sensitivity to it, including How to get to a personal statement that stands out.
Sixth step: How to get the correct Content and how to influence Commonities?
Intermezzo: The importance of Diversity in networking. The male and female way of networking, different cultures
Seventh step: How to get Continuity? Skills: discipline, drive and the real connection

Graduation: Black Tie Diner at the Nyenrode Castle, Personal evaluation
Every participant has to work on the development of his or her Personal Network Plan during the Course.
Participants will form groups of 4 to support each other (Intervision) and meet at least three times during the Course. There will be one session with the support of a coach (Supervision).
Positivity will be an essential part of the Course and a focal point at every session.
Next to scientific and practical input from the trainers the participants will be invited to participate actively in the learning process to develop their personal Skills and Capabilities.





Curriculum
